TravelCross Berkeley Classic is a two-piece hard shell spinner luggage set of two pieces, 20 and 28 inches, one as cabin bag and the other as the main luggage for checking in. This is a very new release travel product on Amazon.com so there aren’t many customer reviews online yet and is rated 5 stars by a single customer that says this luggage set is the best out there for the price.

The first things that get our attention when we look at this set of two suitcases is the unique design- sleek and premium look and feel and the double spinner wheels for easier rotation and maneuverability. The dark blue color looks quite sophisticated but you have the option to get it in eight other colors, including orange, purple, champagne, black, pink, white, red and silver with twenty dollar price difference on some models on the day of this review.

You shall be able to fit in quite a bit of your clothes and other items in the large 28” suitcase with elastic cross straps and large mesh pocket. And your clothes will stay put during your journey. Or you can use the small 20” carry-on bag as your main luggage if you’re going away just for the weekend or a few days. It will fit in the overhead bin just above your seat easily. You can push them both in front of your or pull them behind you on its eight multi-directional double spinner wheels by holding the stylish chrome telescoping handle.

These are very well made bags with a tough construction of sturdy and durable yet lightweight ABS material that is resistant to impact or bad treatment by the airline staff. Your clothes and other belongings will be stored in robust bags that do not weigh much, so you shall be able to pack more of your stuff without exceeding the luggage weight restrictions. The keyless combination locks are pre-set to 0-0-0 and you need to set it to a passcode you would remember easily. They are TSA approved and should give you peace of mind as the TSA staff at the airport terminals can do the security check of the contents of your bag without breaking the locks.

You will receive the 20” bag fitted into the 28” suitcase and you would probably store them this way when you’re not traveling or have your stuff in them. The 20” cabin bag weighs only 5.85 pounds and measures 20.75 x 12.5 x 8 inches including the wheels, with a telescoping handle that extends up to 20 inches.
