Tumi V3 (228260) is a very stylish and modern 22-inch size expandable carry-on hard side suitcase with four recessed double wheels. You can purchase it in one of the five color options of blue camo, white, gallery floral print, black or Pacific blue. And black version costs roughly hundred dollars more at the time of this review.

It is rather lightweight despite being very robust, weighs only 7.9 pounds and measures 9 x 14 x 22 inches. It is actually the lightest weight hard side carry-on 22-inch suitcase by Tumi and one of the lightest on the market. It is expandable by an additional two inches for a total depth of 11 inches, so you can fit a lot more in.   

Tumi V3 has a premium look and feel along with a premium price tag. It is made of the solid and tough polycarbonate material for better durability and has an impact and damage-proof design. The interior of this cabin luggage is fully lined and you will find a total of three zip pockets (two packing sections, one garment section lid zip storage and one side zip storage) and the tie-down straps.

And on the outside, you can see the built-in TSA lock on the side, a three-stage X-Brace 45 telescoping handle that is resistant to impact, a flexible retractable carry handle on the top and another side handle to let you hold the bag horizontally or vertically, whichever feels more comfortable. You can comfortably use it on both your domestic international travels.

It sits on four recessed 360-degree rotating swivel dual wheels that make it very easy, smooth and effortless to move the suitcase around, on the parking and airport terminal grounds. The recessed wheels give you both a lower center of gravity and more storage space inside. With the zip-around closure, you have the zip entry to the main compartment of the luggage.
