Silver 2021 model Dell Inspiron 13 7000 (i7300-13slv) is a 2-in-1 convertible laptop with a 13.3-inch Full HD touchscreen display and mid-range technical specs of Intel i5-10210U processor, 512GB Solid State Drive & 32GB Intel Optane memory, 8GB memory, Windows 10 Home operating system, RGB backlit keyboard and built-in fingerprint reader.

The quarter two of 2019 release tenth generation quad core ultra low voltage Intel i5-10210U CPU works at the speeds between 1.6GHz and 4.2GHz with the turbo boost function and hyperthreading with the four cores and eight way processing. You get the dynamic extra power when you want or need it with the Intel Turbo Boost technology. The average CPU PassMark benchmark score is 6545 for an advanced level mobile performance overall. As an ultra low voltage processor it has a TDP- Thermal Design Power of 15 watts and offers great efficiency wherever you go with a long lasting battery life.

The high bandwidth 8GB DDR4 SDRAM memory is again what you would expect in a mid-range convertible laptop and would be adequate for the everyday computing needs and more. You can run browser tabs and multiple programs at the same time smoothly without problems. It helps with a faster and more responsive user experience. 512GB Solid State Drive offers adequate storage space, probably less than a standard hard drive but the speed is much higher with better data access and start-ups. It produces less heat and uses up less battery. You also have the 32GB Intel Optane memory that works with the computer to let you access your most often used files, apps and games.

13.3-inch Full HD touch display has the 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution for very clear images with the vibrant colors and great contrast. It supports multiple gestures and with the natural touch navigation you’ll get enhanced use out of Windows 10 operating system. This Truelife WVA touch display has the narrow borders and supports Active Pen. But you will not get the pen included with your purchase. The touchscreen has a 360-degree rotating flip and fold design and you can use the machine in tablet, laptop, stand, audience and presentation modes or anything in between.

Dell Inspiron 7000 has the built-in Intel UHD 620 on-processor graphics card that shares the memory with the processor. You have enough graphics power for your everyday graphics needs like web browsing, photo editing, video streaming or casual gaming. It offers similar performance to the Intel HD 620 and Intel HD 630 and somewhere between the entry level dedicated NVIDIA 920M or 930M. You can only play the less demanding casual games like Rocket League, Farming Simulator 17 or Team Fortress 2. It comes with the decent stereo speakers that are tuned with the Waves MaxxAudio Pro and you can enjoy good quality audio.

The DVD/CD Optical Drive is omitted to get to the compact form factor. Connectivity options include the latest 802.11ax WiFi 6, Bluetooth, an HDMI output to connect to external displays, microSD Media Card Reader, a USB 3.0 port, a USB 3.1 port, a USB 2.0 port and a headphone/microphone combo. You can type comfortably and accurately in the dark or dim light with the RGB backlit keyboard. There is a good quality HD webcam on the top bezel with the dual array microphones for your casual or formal chats on Skype or taking still photos. There is a privacy webcam shutter for your security when you’re sitting in front of the computer all day long.
