With its cotton blend and polyester microfiber fabric it is lightweight and looks rather stylish and modern. You can either hold both the 52.5 inch adjustable strap and the 6.5 inch strap drop or put one on your shoulder. It can also be attached to your suitcase handle by using the trolley sleeve. So you’ll get plenty of mobility with this modern Grand Weekender. There is a charger pocket, a slip pocket and two zip pockets to put your smaller items, passports, boarding passes etc. before you pass the security at the airport.

You don’t need to take an additional cabin bag with you as there is plenty of space inside this duffel bag as well as five mesh pockets for better organization of your items like toiletries, hair products, cosmetics, jewelry and other. You can also fold it flat as an additional travel bag to pack more stuff later. Vera Bradley bags are known to be very good quality and they should not fail or disappoint you unless you treat them badly.

The zippers won’t break and the bag will not rip or tear easily. This cotton bag is not water-resistant but the lined compartments for putting liquid items in are. You can certainly use it as a carry-on bag to take with you on the plane. But due to the lack of transport wheels and a carry on handle you’d need to make sure you do not pack it too heavy unless there is someone to help you out. Because it is a soft cotton material you can wash it in the machine without problems. Please note that this is a soft exterior bag and the items you put inside could get crushed.The handles are quite sturdy, they are sewn on well and comfortable to hold.
